Getting Back to Me


I haven't blogged in two years. TWO. YEARS.

I'm trying to remember what it felt like to want to do things, like exercise and healthy eating and caring about myself.

It's February and these were taken a couple of months ago when I was working out and eating better. Now I've hit a slump and I need to get back into a positive routine. I've lost ground. Approximately five pounds worth of ground, plus, I've been eating for comfort and not drinking enough water.

I gave up, became sad and lost both emotional and physical fitness. It's past time to get back to it. Hello February!
